Sam is a 6th generation Tuolumne County resident and a 3rd generation Realtor.  He graduated from Sonora High School and holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Arkansas.  Sam has been a licensed Realtor since 2011 and has served as the President of the Tuolumne County Association of Realtors in 2022.  In 2024, Coldwell Banker awarded Sam the International President's Elite Award.
